One year after the events that occurred at Honnoji academy, our heroine Ryuko is making her comeback to strengthen family ties with her last remaining relative: her sister Satsuki. However, it seems like the cold-hearted head of the academy lost a part of herself after defeating her mother, as Ryuko finds a sister who's even more obsessed with the shadows of her past.
